For the sake of the *kaching kaching* $$$, I switched jobs. From some friendly waitress to some warehouse sales promoter. And. I. Fucking. Hate. It.

It's not because there's no one to look at ok.
Firstly, I'm not that boy-crazy. Secondly, there's some quite good looking ones (according to my partner la).

It's not because I'm terribly inept.
Actually, on the contrary, I feel ridiculously capable. Honestly speaking, my job is freaking easy; all I have to do is stand, stone for >5 hours a day and finish eating tea-time and dinner. And my pay is...well...quite bloody fantastic (close to $700 for 16 days of work). Unfortunately, because of the lack of brain usage, I have a problem phrasing my sentences properly while talking to someone. Great.

It must have sensed my bad mood.

Well, today I got back my Chinese results and by some stroke of luck I got B3.
A B3 when I wrote out of point for 2 compos and scrawling Chinese characters at the last minute.
Honestly, I am surprised-pleasantly.

However, disappointed.

Disappointed that I didn't manage to compose myself on the day of the examinations; because of that unable to score an A2 which I really believe I could.

Disappointed that my oral got a fucking merit.
People who can barely read a few Chinese character lands with a distinction and I landed up with a merit.

A fucking merit.

I think I should stop ranting about the freaking merit already.
I've already ranted out for the first 1.5hr of the day after i got my CL resutls-yes, even with the prescence of Choo.

Day Spent in Hospital

I'm so sorry my 100th post isn't anything glitzy and interesting, I was really not in the mood to blog yesterday.
Yesterday, I was contemplating whether to bring forward my appointment with my doctor and see him today.
In the end, due to the fact that the PLACE IS FREAKING FAR, I came to the decision of just seeing the doctor near my house to get a medical certificate that would excuse me from the Chinese Oral Examination.

So, this morning I got up and went to the clinic.
The doctor checked and found out that there were some dents/ulcers on my cornea, he was worried about it and refered me to a eye specialist.

He gave me a letter and told me to bring this to Changi General Hospital, CGH, and they would make the necessary arrangements.

11.00am
After, a yucky breakfast that consists of a char siew bao which skin is like soggy???
So yes, after that, I arrived at CGH's A&E, waited for 2 hours plus just to see two other GPs that confrimed that there is really something wrong with my eye and FINALLY getting refered to a eye specialist.

About 1.10pm
Reached Eye Clinic, took an eye test that I already took at the A&E.
I missed my medicine time so my eyes feels extremely dry and uncomforatble.

Around 3 something.
FINALLY I got to see the eye specialist.
Unlike the one at the National Eye Centre, she's looks really fierce, and is not that gentle and patient.
After tests- that includes dyeing my eye, sticking soemthing in it to get the eye pressure, dotting a stinging anestatic (SP) on it, jabbing some cotton bud like thing into my eye to remove ____ , and making me look into some kinda box, she came to the conclusion that the blurring of vision
is due to the infection- like I don't know that already.
She said that the discharge paired with the *some medical term* results in the uneven surface of the cornea, which in turn leads to the patchy vision.
She gave me the exact same medicine and sent me back.

4 something pm.
I reached home, smelling all hospital-ish and feeling hospital-ish.
Slept.

I remember when it was the last week of the holiday, I prayed so damm HARD that school would extend the vacation.
And yes, I got my wish, an extended vacation writhing in pain.

So children, what can you learn from this?
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR.

I didn't go to school again because I am a responsible student who doesn't want the whole class to get sore eyes espcially since the Chinese Oral is just round the corner.

Anyway, ever since my mum got sore eyes, she bought this hand sanitiser thingy, to reduce the chances of us getting sore eyes.
Well, no one really pays attention to that thing, I mean who will go "OMG I TOUCHED THE PHONE THAT YOU TOUCHED I HAVE TO CLEANSE MY HAND! OH! OH! OH!"

Seriously.

But, though I did not do what I mentioned in the above, I still did kill all the germs on my hand after touching 'shared items' by taking a small small swab of that thing and slapping it on my palms.
And, by some coincidence, I 'ate' the bloody hand sanitizer.

Of course I did not ram the bottle into my mouth and start to drink that thing, it smells horrible and I am not that stupid.
I 'cleaned' my hands then I went to eat my hello panda biscults, VANILLA FLAVOUR, yum..

So, I guess, I indirectly consummed some of the fluid and now there's this bitter taste in my mouth and my throat feels ...... weird.

I hope everything will be ok because everything I tasted since then is funny.

By the way, I have turned into this bimbotic fako chinese newcaster since I practised for the oral examination.

Recently there was this MPH book fair at expo the books there were like either $5/$8/$12 depending on the size of the books.
Because of my liking for BIG, FAT fonts, the books I snagged up are mostly $8, BUT it's super worth it!!
$20++ ---> $8/$5

Anyway, I was reading this book titled 'envy'.
Umm..well, it has 3 pages of sexual shit and well, the whole plot is just ...WRONG.
Morally wrong.
But still it's a good book with nice fat fonts. :P

Today was rather productive!
I managed to complete 1 Paper 1 in like 1.5hrs and spent the rest of the time finishing 2.5 questions of (SS) source based questions.

Tomorrow will be Maths day, I shall stop procrastinating (finally) and complete the bloody Maths papers.

Usually I don't share about my dreams because:

They're often really really stupid
I forget them once I regain conscious for like what 10 mins?
They bore people. Yeap, it's scienctically proven, random images pieced together by your mind rarely makes sense. I always have this feeling that I have been neglecting my blog for a very very long while.
My conscience strikes, and I hurry to www.blogger.com .
But when I check when this blog was last updated, it is usually less than 7 days ago.

Anyway, life is still as mundane, as usual?
How can it not be if you're a 16 year old attending (some) Secondary School, in some ugly school uniform?

Sometimes, I really do wish that I had a remote control in life.
I'll fast forward all those painfully boring days, fast forward all unhappiness, etc.
Press 'freeze' or 'rewind' to sponge up those moments where time seems to fly past like nobody's buisness.

But, the fact is: I don't have a remote control. I can never do that. End of thinking of the ridiculous.

I sat for my EL Prelim Oral examination and it was just FREAKING BAD.
I can't remember when my hands were so cold as I spoke- yes, THAT NERVOUS! Ask Kai Zhi if you don't believe me~
But Mrs Tang (the examiner) said I seem to be very confident.
Right.

So all in all, I guess oral was all right, despite the fact that I was really dissappointed with my performance, I guess (and hope) it'll suffice.

By the way, THERE'S CL O LEVEL PAPER 1 AND 2 ON MONDAY!
